Yes. Whilst traditional season lets cover full 4 to 5 month winter periods, several of our featured properties cater specifically for short-to-mid term rentals (ranging up to 1 month or 28 to 35 days max stay). This provides a flexible alpine base without requiring a full winter commitment.

Are utility bills included in the seasonal rental price?

Yes, building management charges and local tourist taxes are standard. Depending on your contract, electricity, heating, and water are either included in the rental total or covered up to an agreed fair-use allowance detailed in your lease agreement.

Is a security deposit required for seasonal leases?

Yes, a security deposit is collected prior to arrival to cover potential property damage or unpaid utility balances. This deposit is held in a secure account and refunded following a joint inventory check at the end of your stay.

How does payment work for a full season or short-to-mid term stay?

Seasonal rentals are paid via scheduled instalments. A deposit is required to secure the property booking, with the remaining balance split into agreed payments prior to arrival and during the middle of the lease term.

Are bed linen and towels provided for long stays?

Properties are fully furnished with kitchenware, appliances, and mattress protectors. Linen and towel packs can be hired for your stay or brought with you. Mid-stay linen refreshes and professional cleaning can also be arranged on request.
